We know it's obvious, but we'll say it anyway: this model is huge (60cm long...). This means that there's plenty of space to pack it full of mechanical functions and intricate details (both inside and out).
Underneath is carefully curated body you'll find a 4 speed sequential gearbox, functioning V12 engine and a full drivetrain.
What you wouldn't expect (and something you've never seen before on a model) is an active aero setup, fully adjustable ride heigh and active suspension all around. The active suspension means that when you steer left, the car will lean left. Steer right and the car will lean right. In real life this allows for increased handling and stability around corners.

This is the grail. The exposed engine bay in 1:8 scale is incredible.
Took 35 hours but my only regret is not having a second one for my office.
Maranello red would have been nice but the matte black is honestly stunning.
