Missing a piece? We’ve got you covered.

Detail-rich kits like ours can occasionally arrive with a missing or extra piece — especially in our larger 3,000+ piece builds. We replace missing parts free of charge, no returns required, typically within 7–10 business days.

Before you submit — quick checklist

Around 1 in 4 reports actually find the part after one more look. Run through these first:

  • ✅ Did you sort all pieces by colour first? Pieces often hide in same-colour stacks.
  • ✅ Did you check every bag — including the small bags inside the larger gift box?
  • ✅ Did you flip through every page of the instruction manual? Small pieces can stick to the pages.
  • ✅ Did you check the inside of the outer Collector Edition box itself? Pieces sometimes shift during transit.
  • ✅ Are you certain it’s missing? Some kit parts look very similar (e.g. axle 4L vs 6L, plate 2×4 vs 2×6).

Frequently asked questions

How long does replacement take?

Typically 7–10 business days from the time you submit your report. International deliveries may take a few days longer. You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as we ship.

Do I need to return the kit?

No. Missing parts are sent as a top-up — keep your existing kit and continue building. We just need to know what’s missing.

Is there a deadline?

You can report missing parts within 60 days of your delivery date. After that, we may not be able to source from the same factory batch.

What if I find the part after I submit?

No problem — just reply to your confirmation email letting us know, and we’ll close the ticket. Happens about 1 in 5 times.

What if the part is broken, not missing?

This form works for that too. Just describe the damage in the ‘missing pieces’ field and we’ll send a replacement.

Will this affect my order’s return policy?

No. Filing a missing-parts report does not start a return. Your kit stays yours; we just send the missing piece(s) separately.
