These charges are the responsibility of the customer and must be paid to local authorities for order release.
NexusBrick has no control over these charges and cannot predict their amount.
7. Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
Tracking updates may pause while the package is in transit or undergoing customs clearance. This is normal.
8. Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information.
NexusBrick is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses.
9. Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
If your order is lost, significantly delayed, or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@nexusbrick.com with your order number and supporting details (photos if applicable). We will assist you in resolving the issue.
10. Order Modifications & Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled or modified within 24 hours of placement.
Once an order has entered processing or shipping stages, changes may not be possible.
